Volunteers at Safe Passage make an extremely valuable contribution towards the work that we do. Safe Passage volunteers assist our clients throughout their case, and once clients arrive in the UK, our volunteers support them to resettle and continue building their life.
In 2016, Safe Passage volunteers were part of the team that helped over 1,000 unaccompanied child refugees to reach the UK, safely and legally.

At Safe Passage, we strongly believe we have a duty of care to our clients and their families.
A network of Community Mentors across the UK, act as key points of contact for clients in their area. They support clients in the first crucial months following their arrival to the UK, to settle and to begin building a full and dignified life.
