Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) Self-Help Guide (2023)

This guide from the Afghan Pro Bono Initiative provides step-by-step information on the UK’s Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP). 

 The guide:

• Provides a step-by-step guide that covers the full ARAP process, including eligibility criteria and the initial application process, all the way to what you should do if your application is unsuccessful 

• Is designed to be used by anyone from a non-legal background to prepare and submit and application without the support of a legal adviser 

• Is available in Dari, Pashto and English 

• Has been developed by a group of expert lawyers 

• Has been tested and revised with members of the Afghan community in Afghanistan and the surrounding region 

• There is an online feedback form for the users to share their feedback and thoughts with our team.
